Trupti Talati Joins Merlion Partners
It gives us great pleasure to announce that Trupti Talati has joined Merlion Partners as an executive consultant. I have known Trupti for over 15 years and value her capability very much in helping global organizations succeed in India. She has held a variety of business and human resource leadership roles.
An industry professional with over 20 years of experience in the Lifesciences and Healthcare industry, Trupti spent the initial few years working within Pharma across Marketing and Product Management. On moving to Quintiles, she worked within Clinical Operations across varied therapeutic areas (CNS, Oncology, Neurology and Internal medicine). Trupti then decided on a career change into Human Resources where she headed several functions. Her assignment heading “Learning & Development” across Asia, Africa and Australia gave her a unique cross-cultural insight in order to drive Performance Driven Learning Solutions across Leadership programs, Management Development as well as Technical Training. Trupti has been a Chief Human Resource Officer across the Indian subcontinent that required her to prioritize linking people, strategy and performance in an organization that was undergoing “ Hypergrowth”; act as a prime source of sustainable competitive advantage and key driver of value creation; drove talent solutions including flexible and sustainable talent models; management of transformation & change; melding personal trends & organizational capabilities and overhaul HR Services to keep pace with a rapidly growing and diversifying organization. In her last assignment at Quintiles, she worked across HR verticals to help conceptualize and create a shift in the way HR Services and Learning Solutions were managed across the globe. She has outstanding experience in what it takes to succeed in off-shoring to India and also has worked globally to drive shifts to separate strategic and transactional work and create corresponding outsourcing strategies.
Trupti splits her time working out of Bangalore and Ahmedabad, India.
