Over the past 27 years,  Mr. Gong has been working with a number of Fortune 100 companies not only as business development expert in the U.S. Automotive Industry, but also as Senior HR professional in the United States, Asia Pacific, and China, those companies including: A.O. Smith Corporation, Deloitte, Enron Corporation, United Technologies Corporation, Bayer HealthCare ,  Allianz Insurance Group, DSM, and Quintiles.

Mr. Gong has extensive expertise and experience in various HR functions in a multi-culture environment, specializing in organization development, talent  acquisition and management, leadership development, and employer branding.

He currently resides in Shanghai, China and focused on improving organizational performance through executive onboarding, coaching, developing strategic intent, change management and training.
