The two biggest pitfalls were described as not adequately defining the problem at the outset and not delineating several equally viable alternatives before choosing a path. Both were deemed indispensable to a quality outcome. Stanford University published research that multi-tasking destroys productivity and can even damage our brain’s capacity to process information effectively. What does this research have in common?
